The $58,095 final of the Ontario Bred Futurity has a field of 10 youngsters who will race 300-yards in the seventh race of the afternoon.

BROMONT, QC - July 29, 2023 - Two olympic veterans went head-to-head in the $15,000 FEI CSI2* Open Welcome presented by Assante Wealth Management Group El-Chaer Friday night at the Bromont Olympic Equestrian Park, and it was Canadian Mac Cone (King City, ON) with Chadburn Holdings Con Couleur who emerged victorious.
BROMONT, QC - July 27, 2023 - Over 600 horses begin two weeks of competition today at the International Bromont, including 20 horses who will compete in the prestigious FEI division at the CSI2* level Thursday through Sunday each week.
AJAX DOWNS, JULY 26, 2023 - It was a big day at Ajax Downs on July 26 for owner and trainer JAMES BOGAR, of Cameron, ON and jockey BRIAN BELL of Lindsay. Bogar won four of the seven Quarter Horse races on Wednesday, three with horses that he owns and bred at his farm. Bell won three races, two for Bogar, to pad his lead as the leading jockey for 2023.

The athlete’s urine sample, collected during an in-competition sample collection session on June 18, 2022, revealed the presence of d-amfetamine, a prohibited stimulant.
