Campbellville, Ontario — March 6, 2026 - A group of dedicated equine stakeholders came together and formed a Steering Committee to launch an economic impact study of the overall Ontario equine industry. They are pleased to announce the completion and public release of the Ontario Equine Agricultural Economic Impact Study Report, the first comprehensive assessment of the province’s agricultural equine sector since 2010.

For the 21st anniversary of World Horse Day, Equine Guelph at the University of Guelph will celebrate by offering horse enthusiasts the opportunity to reduce the occurrence of lameness in horses.
Equestrian Canada and CanJump have once again partnered to present the second annual Red & White Party in support of the Canadian Show Jumping Team. Following a welcome reception and buffet dinner, Chef d’equipe Ian Millar will introduce the six Canadian athletes and their owners selected to compete in the CSIO4* Nations’ Cup division at the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, Florida, from February 25 to March 1, 2026.
